Adding documentation

Most content types will allow you to upload documentation to the pages. If they do, you will see a 'documentation' box where you can upload up to 10 documents per page. If you wish to add more than 10 documents, you can do so using the collections option. This will group the different files and allow up to 10 files per group.

Alternatively, you can include a link to an external file (i.e. not uploaded to Drupal) just note that those types of references are more likely to break if you are not hosting the file yourself.
